Diabetes Awareness!

Hi Loves,

I hope you are all doing amazing, and embracing this fall weather that has abruptly come in….

Please join me! I will be presenting at the Diabetes Awareness Wellness Fair, November 5 at The Santa Fe Place Mall, from 9 am - 4 pm. Diabetes Is something to be aware of, and to make sure our A1C is at normal levels. This event will have free A1C testing available, along with doctors speaking about diabetes, as well as many other great booths.

My booth will offer the Epigenetic Hair Follicle scan at a discounted price. If you've been on the fence about getting the hair scan, this would be a great opportunity. In addition to the fair, this special discount will also be available through the end of 2022.

Diabetes affects so many people, but there are ways to control it and your insulin by maintaining your blood glucose levels naturally. It is always best to work closely with your primary care doctor if you want to get off your diabetes medications. They will guide you the right way and know if that is a possibility for you.

A few things you can do naturally to help maintain your blood glucose levels is to:

  • Eat a diet rich in fruits and vegetables, lean proteins and whole grains

  • Get your fats from nuts, avocado and other healthy fats

  • Avoid refined carbohydrates and foods with high sugar content

  • Read labels of process foods for hidden sugars, which can really mess with your body and throw your glucose levels off

  • Drink more water. If you're a soda drinker, it may be a great time to stop drinking soda, as it is the worst possible thing for your body.

  • Exercise 30 minutes a day. This can lower your blood sugar levels, decrease insulin resistance, and help regulate your blood pressure and cholesterol levels.

  • Prioritize your quality of sleep. It's best to establish a sleep schedule especially if you already have a hard time falling asleep.

As always consult with your primary care physician before embarking on any new things that you may have not tried yet, and most significantly regarding medications.

I hope to see you all at my booth at the Diabetes Awareness Wellness Fair.

Food Intolerance Epigenetic hair follicle Scan

Hi Loves,

I hope you are all doing amazing and enjoying the last month of summer.

So... I have been bust doing lots of epigenetic hair follicle scans and each one is always so different. But one thing I do see a lot is that one of the main things affecting people’s bodies is foods.

That being said, it's good to know if certain foods you eat on a daily basis could actually be causing a food intolerance – which is different from a food allergy.

It is key to understand the difference between a food intolerance and a food allergy as the symptoms can appear very similar. An allergy is an immune system response, while isolated digestive issues usually point to a food intolerance. If it is a food allergy the symptoms usually happen immediately within 30 min to two hours from consuming that food you could be allergic to. A food intolerance happens when your body can’t properly break down certain foods or ingredients that are added to the foods. The result is usually an enzyme deficiency that prevents your digestive system from properly breaking down those foods. These food intolerance symptoms usually kick in within a few hours and those symptoms can include heartburn, diarrhea, stomach pains, gas and bloating.

I find this interesting and want to share that food sensitivities and intolerances are usually linked in the same category but are different. Food sensitivity is an immune response with a much slower response than a food allergy, as a sensitivity can take a few days to show up which can make it hard to figure out what food actually caused that response. Those symptoms can be fatigue, brain fog, headaches or migraines, joint or muscle pain, stuffy or runny nose, sneezing and itching. These symptoms are often due to an imbalance with your gut's good and bad bacteria.

When we struggle with the foods we ingest, the body ends up using energy from its other inner sources to digest and liberate key nutrients. This kind of process leads to a compensation, limiting other functions to do their jobs properly. This in turn does not support the body for optimal health.

This is why its so important to do the epigenetic hair follicle scan. The scan allows you to see the top 10 foods that may be affecting you. It also analyzes your immune and gut systems to let you know if any of the highly inflammatory foods such as corn, wheat /barley, gluten, soy, beer, oats, banana could be affecting those specific systems as well. That way you can cut those foods out for 90 days and feel the difference in your body.

If you have been suffering from any digestive issues, please reach out so we can schedule your hair scan, to see what could be causing those issues.

Summer Special

Hi Loves,

I hope your all doing amazing and enjoying the summertime!

I have been very busy with doing the hair scans and it literally is so amazing seeing what’s happening in someones body and being able to guide them on what to do the next 90 days.

That is why I wanted to share with you all the summer special I have going on till 9/22/22. The summer special is one epigenetic hair follicle scan and one month of coaching with me to help you the first month after you results from the hair scan. The coaching sessions are once a week for that first month and are usually done via zoom and last 60 min.The normal price for the hair scan and coaching is $450.00 and its $100 off for the summer special so if you or allowed one has been not feeling 100 % and have tried everything the epigenetic hair follicle scan could be the thing for you as it literally tells you everything that is happening to you body from food sensitivity to chemical toxicities and much more.

I just redid my scanned found out I have a parasite in which 90% of people do and they don’t even know it. So I guys finished a cleanse for it and will do the cleanse again in 30 days. My stomach had been bothering me so much and after doing the hair scan I realized why and i’m so glad I found out instead of still feeling like crap . It also had showed the top ten foods that are causing sensitivities so I have cut out those foods and the most fascinating thing is every time I have done the scan or a blood test for food sensitivities pineapple shows up for me so genetically I can’t have pineapple and I actually love pineapple.

I just wanted to share my own personal experience with you all . So if you have any questions about this process please reach out any time at www.keyahholistichealth.com and please feel free to share with any loved ones.

Epigenetic Hair Follicle Analysis

Hi Loves,

Hope your all enjoying your spring and planting some yummy veggie gardens.

Im so excited to share with you all something new that I am now offering at Keyah Holistic Health.

Around 9 months ago I decided to do a blood test to see what foods could be causing a sensitivity in my body and it was so fascinating and challenging all at the same time. Fast forward to March I had started to see people offering these Epigenetic Hair follicle test that actually can tell you what systems are not in balance , what nutrients your body might not be getting, environmental factors along with what foods can be causing sensitivities for your body. So I reached out to the company to see what it all entailed to be a provider and it just so happened that I had all the certifications to become a provider to do these tests.

I was able to purchase the system so I know am able to provide the scans in person here in Santa Fe , Nm I can also provide the service for you if you happen to live outta town or state as they can ship a kit directly to your house and you would then just pull the hair out and send it back to get scanned. I usually can get the inperson results back within 15 min of the scan; then will go over in detail the results and what steps to take next. If you feel overwhelmed I also offer coaching packages for the next 90 days until your retest so we can see what things have happened with you making the dietary changes by illuminating the foods that are causing the sensitivities and adding in the foods that your body maybe in need of to help balance out what vitamin and minerals you could be lacking.

So if you have been feeling low energy , joint pain, loss of hair, fatigue , sleepless nights , digestion issues the list goes on and have not found any real results of what is going on please reach out to schedule your Epigenetic Hair Follicle test. I have done about 6 scans so far since I got the system a few weeks ago and wow they are so fascinating and everybody’s are so different so it’s great to see what is really going on within your body on every level.

They even have test specific for vegans, children, and for if your dealing with major hair loss, skin and nail issues.

We no longer have to be wondering what is really happening in our bodies as this scan will help guide us to living our most balanced and health life we can.

Please feel free to reach out to me if you have any questions about the scan www.KeyahHolisticHealth.com

As always seek the guidance of your healthcare provider before taking any new supplements if your on medications.

What natural things to do if you get Covid or any other cold/flu

Hi Loves,

Hope your all doing amazing and enjoying the spring weather! I love spring and seeing everything come back to life after the long winter months.

So I wanted to share this month about my experience with Covid and what I did naturally to help fight it off. When I first started to feel off in my body that evening I took extra VitaminC and Vitamin D3 before I went to bed and contained to take high does of those vitamins for the next 48 hours. I also have this amazing nose spray that I got from my natural path Doctor . The spray was truly what I think helped me the most as I did feel kinda stuffy like a head cold and I immediately started using the spray 7 times a day and like 10 sprays up each nostril .The spray really isn’t very pleasant but after about 10 min after use it cleared everything up and the stuffiness would leave.

This amazing spray is called Argentyn 23 it literally is just bio-active silver hydrosol and purified water, You can use the spray daily like once a day for maintenance or like how I did for short term immunity and thats 7 times a day . I used the spray that intense for like 5 days and then I started backing off and now I'm not using it at all. I personally feel it pure magic in helping fight off any virus and its a must have in my medicine cabinet.

Some other things I took also was zinc like 4 times a day and if my throat would get scratchy I would gargle with it and then swallow it and my scratchy throat would go away. I also always have oregano oil extract not the essential oil on hand which is an effective natural antibiotic and anti fungal agent . Oregano oil contains compounds called phenols, terpenes, and terpenoids they have powerful antioxidant properties and are responsible for the fragrance. These compounds can help with bacteria growth, help support the immune system and protect against toxins, and help protect against damage caused by free radicals. You literally only need like 1-4 drops of the oil in some water as it is very strong but this is also another must have in the medicine cabinet.

I also made sure I was drinking at least a gallon of water along with key lime water in the morning to help with any mucus and also when I did eat I ate very healthy foods to make sure I was getting as much nutrients as I could; also I had essential oils going in my diffuser and that was really helpful as well.

My symptoms weren’t to crazy I feel the most intense was the panic attacks and anxiety so to deal with that I did a lot of chanting and breathing exercises along with different hand mudras to help calm my nervous system down.

I wanted share all this information with you as it was so helpful for me and I believe its important to have all these things on hand to be prepared if you or a loved one come down with Covid or any cold/flu virus for that matter. Please feel free to reach out if you have any questions at WWW.KeyahHolisticHealth.com

What is better Natural deodorant or Antiperspirant ?

Hi Loves,

Hope your all doing amazing and getting ready for spring!!!

So lets get right to it ; I recently had to recertify my coaching certifications and I took this course that had a variety of scientific researched videos and one was about deodorant and I just really wanted to share some info with you about deodorants Natural and Antiperspirant ones which have a base of aluminum which are also full of lots of other toxic ingredients if I’m being honest about it .

So the first thing that I thought was so interesting and really felt the need to share this info with you all is; that is after you shave or wax your underarms it’s best to not apply any deodorant specially any antiperspirant ones to your underarms as shaving actually breaks the skin and all those deodorants have warnings to not apply to unbroken skin. When you apply the antiperspirant deodorant to your underarms after shaving you are allowing even more aluminum into your system . Studies have shown how toxic the aluminum deodorants are and the link between breast cancer and aluminum.Plus nowadays there really is no reason not to be wearing something that isn’t made with these toxic ingredients .

I personally have tried pretty much every natural deodorant and way back in the day all the antiperspirant ones as well like Dove,Secret, Degree to name a few. The natural deodorants have come a long way over the last 25 years since I have been using them. Some work good and others can make you really smelly from my own personal experience and then some I have tried ended up giving me a rash. A few years back I found this ad on instagram about a new natural deodorant that came out and it seemed so good like good ingredients and you don’t smell at the end of the day. So I decided to buy it and they have this special of 4 travel size ones so you can try all the different light scents the brand is called Each &Every it is one of the nicest and purest deodorants I have used and I don’t smell while using it which has always been my problem.

So if you are still using a antiperspirant deodorant still maybe Now is the time to make that change. Plus Each &Every really last’s a longtime and hands down one of the best natural deodorants so it maybe a little more pricey but so worth it and no I don’t have code for you I just love the product! 3 Tips to bring into the New Year to help you live a healthier lifestyle

Happy New Year Loves!

I Hope you all have had a great Holiday however you may have celebrate and are ready to start 2022 off with some easy ways to help you live a healthier lifestyle.

The first tip is to stay hydrated you can take what you weigh and divide that by 2 and the will tell you how many ounces you should consume in a day. An example if you weigh 140 you should aim to drink 70 0z of water at least in a day.Water is so essential for our bodies on so many levels our cells, organs, and tissues depend on water. Water forms saliva ,promotes good digestion, and transports nutrients through your bloodstream. Water also protects your brain and spine and also lubricates your joints and helps flush outhouse toxins.

I suggest investing in a water filtration system or getting refillable water jugs as most bottled water is just tap water and comes in plastic which is also bad for the earth. I personally use a Berkey water filtration system and really like it that is Justine brand of many water filtration systems . I also would suggest adding lemon or lime or some other sorts of berries or even cucumber and mint if you like a little more taste to your water.

The second tip is to start eating daily greens either in a salad, a smoothie if your digestion can handle mixing it in a smoothie with some fruits, steaming them or even adding into soups. With so many different types of greens you can really mix them up between spinach, kale, arugula, romane lettuce, collard greens , mustard greens just to name a few . So if you have not tried any of these different types of greens why not start now and give them a try.

The third tip that I want to talk about is journaling . I personally feel journaling is an essential thing for your mental state. It’s nice to be able to just sit down and take even just 5 min to stop and let yourself just write and not even think about what your going write. You can even set a timer for a little longer each day and just let go of the day by sitting down and writing into your journal. Even if you are having a hard time sleeping it can help to journal .

You can find really nice journals for not a lot of money at TJ Maxx or even at your local Coop. So go get yourself a journal and make it a goal even if it is just a few times a week you will see a difference in you mood by journaling .

I hope you decide to give these three easy tips a try this New Year and see how you start to feel with these simple healthy tips. www.keyahholistichealth.com

What natural things can you do for seasonal depression

Hi Loves,

Hope your all doing amazing and getting ready for the Holidays.

So I wanted to talk about seasonal depression as we are approaching winter and I know from my own personal experience growing up in the midwest just how bad Seasonal Depression(SAD) can get . Some people can get a mild seasonal depression usually starting when the time changes into fall and it starts to become darker earlier and that cold weather may start to move in as well depending on where you may be living. SAD can really effect your daily life including how you feel and think which can be challenging and throw you off balance and you may not really know why your feeling this way as it comes out of nowhere. Its also interesting that SAD effects more women than men about 75% of people who get seasonal depression are women although researchers aren’t really sure why.

I personally remember one time before moving out to Santa Fe New Mexico it literally was cloudy for a whole month and when the sun finally came out it was only out for 10 min and then disappeared again, At that moment I knew I needed to move to someplace that wasn’t so dark in the winter months.

Some things that I have done for myself during SAD is first of I got a light that was like a version of the sunlight . They have so many different light therapy boxes or other lights that can really help with Seasonal Depression (SAD) and they range in price for around $50-$300 just depends on the size and brand . Talking to your primary care physician and having them check your Vitamin D levels and if they are low start taking a supplement of vitamin D3 would be helpful as well and some people may have to take a antidepressant if it gets really bad.

Some more natural things that I have also done in the past is use some uplifting essential oils like some citrus ones and a calming one that is great is lavender, you should also try and exercise a few times week and get outside in the fresh air as well and if the sun is out take it in. I also feel having some house plants that you need to tend to can really lift your mood as well and you can even get a few house plants that bloom which will add some fun vibrant color to your house.

If you are suffering from SAD please reach out to your doctor if you feel you may need antidepressants or you can also reach out to me as well as I am a Multidimensional coach working with you mind, body and soul . You can see what I offer at WWW.KeyahHolisticHealth.com

Five Foods to help with brain fog

Hi Loves,

Hope you are all doing amazing and area ready for the holiday season.

I know so many of us suffer from brain fog so that is why I feel it is important to discuss. A certain amount of memory issues can be age related, as our bodies age so do the blood vessels and brain cells, or neurons that our brain relies on to transmit information. They don’t communicate as well with each other, causing brain function to slow down a -bit. So it may take a little longer to recall information , learn something new, but there’s no reason to expect significant memory or cognitive decline as we age if we our taking good care of our bodies and brain health.

Hormones also play a factor in brain fog specially estrogen and progesterone which is why if you are a middle aged women you maybe dealing with this brain fog. During perimenopause the erratic fluctuations of estrogen and the decline of progesterone . Relying on verbal memory or recalling words becomes increasingly difficult as hormone levels decline into menopause. And other symptoms like hot flashes, insomnia , and night sweats end up leading to poor sleep which can also cause fuzzy thinking it can make it hard to focus, process new information and even feel mentally sharp at times.

The good news is Brain fog can be addressed by doing some natural things to help with it. Living a healthier lifestyle that continues to support hormone balance while doing things to keep your mind sharp will help clear brain fog. For instance cutting out gluten and dairy can help with brain fog as well as eating clean can help combat brain fog.

These five foods can help with brain fog as they have omega -3 fatty acids and flavonoids which is fantastic for both your brain and nervous system these foods are Chia seeds, Walnuts , Citrus fruits, Berries including cranberries, blueberries and strawberries, and also dark leafy greens including broccoli . So make sure you are eating these foods daily along with a more plant based lifestyle.

If you are a women in perimenopause or menopause looking to live a more holistic healthier lifestyle please reach out for a 30 min free discovery call to see if we can be of any assistance to make that goal happen . WWW.KeyahHolisticHealth.com

Sodium is it Good or Bad?

Hi Loves,

Hope you are all doing amazing!

I just wanted to share some information about Sodium that I feel everyone should pay attention to. I know most of us don’t even look at the sodium content on the processed foods and we for sure don’t look at it on the fast foods at all unless your googling it before you go grab that fast foods it doesn’t say on it package thats for sure.

Did you know that that average American consumes 3,400mg of sodium a day even though the dietary guidelines is 2,300mg a day and even less if you have hypertension, diabetes or kidney disease it should be around 1,5000mg.

So that being said do you look at the back of the labels on your processed foods? You would be shocked if you started to really pay attention to looking at that. It is one of the first things I look at when I’m purchasing processed foods along with many other things before I will even purchase it.

So just some examples of sodium In your favorite processed foods let say you want that frozen pizza and its even organic in just three slices it can have up to 540mg of sodium and that can even be higher depending on what brand you get. What about that soy sauce you may freely pour all over your food for that extra flavor the Kikkoman brand soy sauce for example has 960mg of sodium in 1Tbsp that is insane I personally use the Coconut aminos for an alternative to soy sauce and for 1tsp its 90mg of sodium so you could use 2 tsp of the coconut aminos and it would be almost equal to 1Tbsp which would be 180mg compared to the other brand at 960mg in one Tbsp .This is just a few examples of some staple foods. Eating fast food is a whole other situation of extremely high sodium foods that you should also be aware about!

So the next time you’re at the grocery store turn that package around and take a look at the sodium content your mind will be blown.

If you or anyone you may know needs some extra help along on this journey of living a healthier lifestyle please reach out so we can do a free 30 min discovery call to see if I can be of any service to you! WWW.KeyahHolisticHealth.com

What supplements do you need to boost your Immune system

Hi Loves ,

Hope you’re all doing amazing and enjoying this fall weather!

Just wanted to share a few things to get you ready for the next few months with the weather getting colder and more colds and flu viruses coming around . Now is the time to start boosting your immune system. By taking your vitamin D3 at least 50 mcg to 125 mcg so that would be 2500IU or 5000IU daily specially during the winter months. As the sun changes in the northern hemisphere and is not as strong during the winter.

Its also great to stay up on your vitaminC as well during winter well really all year I try and take at least 1,000 mg a day and you really don’t want to exceed 2,000 mg a day as that is to much for your body and it won’t be absorbed.

Elderberry is another great herd to be taking to keep your immune system boosted and healthy. They even have elderberry tea that you can sip on during these winter months.

And as always most vitamins you can also get from eating a Whole Foods plant based diet. It is good to add these ones as well and to always make sure the supplements you are using are third party tested as not all supplements are created equal. As always if you a have questions please reach out to me on my website www.keyahholistichealth.com

And please always check with your healthcare provider before starting any new supplements.

What Are Natural Flavors and are they good for you ?

Hi Loves hope you’r all having an amazing Summer as fall is just around the corner.

So lets talk about Natural Flavors you may see this on most ingredient labels even organic processed foods may use “natural flavors” when in all honesty they shouldn't ,like why can’t you just tell us what this so called natural flavor is. Adding these flavors can come artificially from cheap toxic ingredients like petroleum or can be made from anything in nature including animal parts!!!

Im going to give you some examples of what “natural flavors “ really are . For instance vanilla ice cream there could be a chance that they have added a natural flavor which could actually mean it’s secretions from beaver’s anal glands. Its called castoreum , this secretion is used as “natural flavors” not only in vanilla ice cream but also in strawberry oatmeal, and raspberry flavor products. Another example is what they put in chewing gum if it has lanolin in it that actually comes from an oily secretion in sheep’s whole.

These so called “natural flavors” are so far from natural that the next time you see that on a ingredient list you should just put that product right back on the shelf. They literally have no nutritional value what’s so ever.

Please take the steps to living a healthier lifestyle and don’t purchase these crap foods that have natural flavors ! Once you start reading food labels you will be shocked what kinda stuff these big food companies get away with putting into our foods. In other countries they don’t put have the toxic crap that are food companies get away with.

Now is the time to take your health into your own hands!! I’m here to help so please feel free to reach out! WWW.KeyahHolisticHealth.com

B12 what is it and do we need it?

Hi Loves,

Hope your all doing amazing and enjoying your Summer so far.

So this month I wanna talk about one of the most important supplements our bodies need. Which is B12 nearly everyone is deficient in vitamin B12 even if you get a blood test and it says it is in a normal range , that doesn’t mean its usable B12 that is absorbing where it needs to in your body. Other organs may still be very deficient in the right kind of B12 ,if your not getting the right B12 that can cause very real health consequences. Our bodies rely on B12 for tens of thousands of daily functions. That being said not all supplements are good fro you some may even be harmful , and some are excellent .

I have done my own research and I also follow some very informative Doctors who have done the research on what supplements are the best ones without extra additives or that have been this party tested. So B12 comes in the form of cyanocobalamin or Methylcobalamin what I have read is either one is good to take but the cyanocobalamin has a higher stability and track record for safety and efficacy, the methylcobalamin may be less potent if exposed to light and better for people with impaired kidney function though you may need a much higher does if taking the methylcobalamin. You want to make sure it has been third party tested and is sublingual, chewable or a liquid form and try not to take it in a multivitamin. Taking a B12 supplement can help with neurological symptoms or condition. It can also help with anxiety, depression ,migraines , ms and many other things we may suffer from.

You want to be taking at least 2,000 mcg cyanocobalamin once a week if taking one that has methylcobalamin and adenosylcobalamin you may have take more than once a week, sublingual ,chewable or liquid form. You can also get it from B12 fortified foods taking 3 times a day and each containing at east 190 percent of the daily value on the nutrition facts label , some foods are nutritional yeast which can be added to your food. I personally think it’s easier to just take a supplement once a week.

Im personally in the process of trying the B12 that has the cyanocobalamin and seeing if I notice a difference in the two . If you want good liquid one with the methylcobalamin and adenosycobalamin and also alcohol free tinctures the website www.vimergy.com are some great products.

If you have any more questions please contact me at WWW.KeyahHolisticHealth.com

With summer heat also comes some of the best fruit and vegetables that are in season for only short amount of time. I love to eat what is in season and summer is one of my favorite times of the year.

Right now cherries are in season and they re one of my favorite fruits to eat. They are ranked one of the most healthiest fruit and also ranked alone of the most health protective foods overall. The many great benefit cherries are full of antioxidants and anti-inflammatory compounds, are low in glycemic index so won’t trigger spikes and can be protective against diabetes and important for managing the condition if you already have it. Cherries are one of the few foods with melatonin so having eight ounces of cherry juice in the morning and then again a few hours before bed can increase sleep time. They are also helpful with arthritis and gout attacks , lowering cholesterol and helping reduce post exercise pain.

When cherries are outta season enjoy them frozen ,freeze dried powders, 100% tart cherry juice, and preservative-free dried cherries to still get all these great benefits all year long.

I hope you go out and grab yourself a bag fresh cherries I know they can by kinda pricey but they are so worth!

Are Potatoes beneficial for you?

Did you know how beneficial potatoes are? I know potatoes have carbs and for some unknown reason people thing that carbs are so bad for you but honestly they are not are bodies actually needs carbohydrates . Potatoes come in many different colors and kinds of potatoes.

Sweet Potatoes themselves can be considered a superfood. They truly are ranked one of the healthiest foods on the planet. The sweet potato’s nutritional content listed directly to the intensity of its color. The more yellow or orange its flesh the healthier it may be. Sweet potatoes are healthier than a white potato but a purple or blue potato have more antioxidant than regular white potatoes. Potatoes are antiviral they’re also antifungal and antibacterial with nutrients cofactors and coenzymes plus bioactive compounds to keep you healthy and assist with stress . So start eating those potatoes.

One of my favorite ways is to make french fries that I actually bake in the oven. It’s so easy just cut the potatoes of your choice into fries soak them in very hot water for 10 min after that pat they dry and season with your favorite seasonings, I like to use the cajun seasoning. I then bake them on parchment paper for 20 min at 400 and then flip and bake another 20 min or so until they are done. So easy and way healthier than using oil to fry them !! Try it and let me know how you like them!

Easy 3 Day Juice Cleanse

Hi Loves I hope your all doing amazing !

It has been a little while since I did a blog post ya know how life goes sometimes it just gets busy and maybe I get lazy but i’m back on track and really excited to share some info about the 3 Day Juice cleanse …

With spring in the air it’s a great time to do a cleanse and get rid of that winter slump we sometimes get into. So that being said I decided to do the 3 day juice cleanse . If you don’t have a juicer you can still do the cleanse just buy a clean juice such as Suja or any local juice company is also a great way to go if you don't have a juicer . While doing the juice cleanse drink at least 3-4 juices a day and lots of water . If your feeling hungry still after your 3-4 juices have some Miso broth or even a small salad with no dressing or a piece of fruit.
The juices I did are :

Green juice: 1cucumber , 2 green apples,3 celery sticks , 1 cup Kale or spinach add in Lemon .

Beet Juice: 1 medium beet with greens on, 2 red apples , 3 carrots add in lemon , ginger or celery.

Immune Booster: 2inch chunk tumeric ,1 garlic clove ,1 inch chunk ginger , 3 green apples,1 lemon with rind , add in celery

Fat Blaster: 2 oranges peeled , 2 grapefruit peeled, 1 lemon with rind add in cayenne pepper.

So that's the list of the juice and ingredients I used I also played around with some stuff as I had left overs . I spent about 40 dollars on all the ingredients and I would suggest using organic when possible.

Please reach out if you have any questions @ WWW.KeyahHolisticHealth.com and as always check with your primary care doctor before doing any cleanse !

Until next time stay well loves
